McGill and Partners hires former Aon GRS CEO Stubbings as Partner in Bermuda

Specialist re/insurance broker McGill and Partners has appointed Peter Stubbings as Partner in Bermuda.

McGill and partnersStubbings was most recently Aon Reinsurance Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer of Global ReSpecialty.

Global ReSpecialty is the division of Aon that is focused on specialty property, other reinsurance and retrocession broking.

Stubbings  previously worked at Guy Carpenter, where he was CEO of Bermuda for four years, and CEO of Continental Europe for the preceding five years.

He has also held senior roles at RK Carvill and Willis Re among others.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Partner at McGill and Partners!,” Stubbings said.
