MGA Casper Specialty selects Chaucer and TMK as new capacity providers

The global specialty re/insurance firm, Chaucer and global specialist insurer Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) have been chosen as new capacity partners by Casper Specialty UK Limited, a casualty-focused MGA, post a successful launch and continued growth, as it enters its second year of trading.

MergerChaucer and TMK have joined Argenta to provide additional capacity as the business continues to scale through its nuanced and agile underwriting approach.

Over the past year, Casper has expanded, including opening a new office, increasing its capacity in terms of employees and obtaining a license to expand in Europe, through a presence in Germany.

Casper, which operates independently as a sister entity of Miller, underwrites a broad range of FI and Professional Lines, and aims to lead on business it writes and expects to bring in further new underwriters looking to become part of a more entrepreneurial environment.
