Miller, a specialist re/insurance broker, has appointed Guy Carpenter’s Ollie Spells as Head of London Property Facultative within the company’s Global Facultative team.
Spells, who joins the firm this month, specialises in providing complex facultative reinsurance coverages for UK and global property business.
In his most recent role at global risk and reinsurance specialist Guy Carpenter, Spells served as a senior producer within UK Facultative Property.
He began his broking career at Aon, before later moving across to facultative reinsurance at WTW.
In addition, Spells’ appointment follows the recent hire of Will Morgan as Head of Energy and Fac, as the re/insurance broker continues to expand its Global Facultative team by geography and product line.
