Miller makes three senior hires for Solicitors’ Professional Indemnity team

Re/insurance broker Miller has announced three senior hires for its Solicitors’ Professional Indemnity (PI) team.

MillerKerry Greenwood, Marianne McWilliams and Louise Chagas  have all been appointed, and they will each report into Zarina Lawley, Head of Solicitor’s PI, and will lead the expansion of Miller’s offering beyond London into the North and Southwest of the UK.

Greenwood, along with McWilliams, will be leading Miller’s North of England growth, whilst Chagas will predominately be focused on Bristol and the Southwest.

This regional expansion continues Miller’s commitment to the legal profession, offering clients access to local, regional expertise as well as London market knowledge and the partnerships Miller is renowned for.

Overall, with over 80 years of industry experience, Greenwood, McWilliams and Chagas each bring extensive legal PI knowledge, expertise and capabilities to the Miller team.

Both Greenwood and McWilliams join Miller from join from Marsh, whilst Chagas joins from Lockton.

These new hires follow on from a series of recent appointments made by Miller, including Bradley O’Connor, who was named Chief Information Officer, Matt Hooker, who was hired as regional Head of Energy for Asia-Pacific, and Archie Horne, who was appointed to lead the company’s new Bloodstock & Livestock team.
