Topsail Re has announced that Christopher Miller has joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Topsail Re, as well as President of Topsail Capital Partners.
Miller holds almost 25 years of experience in the industry, with extensive expertise working with specialty (re)insurance carriers, MGAs, and insurtech firms.
“Miller brings a client-centric, pragmatic, and solutions-driven mentality to Topsail that will serve our partners well across (re)insurance and our Capital Partners business,” Topsail said.
Topsail also noted that Miller will work collaboratively across the firm, “leveraging the full strength” of its team to continually develop and advance its offering for all stakeholders.
Concerning Topsail Capital Partners, Miller will reportedly devote a significant amount of his initial time to launch several new transformative partnerships and ventures as Topsail strengthens its capacity, capabilities and solutions.

Miller joins Topsail after previously helping to establish and scale the Structured Solutions business within the London boutique intermediary, McGill and Partners.
