Mosaic Insurance has appointed Tom Dilley as Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Institutions.
Based in London, Dilley will take on overall responsibility for the unit launched and guided by Chris Brown through the company’s first year.
Brown will now focus entirely on his leadership role driving Mosaic’s syndicated capital program, working closely with a growing number of commercial partners to provide capacity to clients in specialty lines around the world.
Dilley brings over 16 years’ experience within the global financial institutions market, bringing a wealth of established broker and client relationships.
Previously, he oversaw the UK FI sphere at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, building a market-leading business.
He also spent 12 years with ACE (now Chubb), latterly overseeing the product line in the UK and Ireland.
