MS Amlin adds Sarah Reidy to newly created role of Commercial Director

MS Amlin, a global specialty commercial insurance and reinsurance provider and part of MS&AD, has appointed Sarah Reidy to the newly created role of Commercial Director.

ms amlin logoIn her new role, Reidy reports to Martin Burke, Chief Underwriting Officer, and will serve as a critical link between MS Amlin’s underwriting teams and the senior leadership of its broker partners.

She is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and converting attractive opportunities while strengthening key partnerships and supporting growth opportunities across the business.

Most recently, Reidy served at Aon Inpoint as Managing Director. She has over 16 years’ experience from both broking and insurance firms, with a proven track record in building high-value relationships and driving commercial success in complex market conditions.

Previously, Reidy has held senior roles at Ardonagh, Piiq Risk Partners, Willis Towers Watson, Zurich and QBE.

Recently, MS Amlin reported its IFRS 17 Q1 2026 (April – June) financial results, including a £21 million year-on-year rise in net income to £61 million and an improved combined ratio.
