MS Amlin hires Catherine Healy as Head of Property & Crisis Management Claims

Lloyd’s global insurer and reinsurer MS Amlin has hired Catherine Healy from HDI Global Specialty as Head of Property & Crisis Management Claims.

ms-amlin-logo-newIn her new role, Healy assumes responsibility for the management and oversight of claims for commercial property, property binders, transportation, and crisis management.

She will be based in London and will report to Clare Constable, Chief Claims Officer, and form part of the re/insurer’s claims leadership team.

Healy brings more than two decades of Lloyd’s experience to MS Amlin, with a strong track-record of managing delegated authority accounts and complex claims in several jurisdictions. She brings experience across multiple lines of business including Property, Casualty, Crisis Response, and Accident & Health.

She joins from HDI Global Specialty where she was Delegated Authority Claims Manager responsible for the delegated authority claims portfolio which included Property, Casualty, Cyber, and Accident & Health.

Previously, she served as Claims Manager for Specialty Programs at Brit Global Speciality before joining Accelerant Insurance in 2019 where she was a Claims Manager for Property and Liability accounts.
