MSIG USA, an insurance subsidiary under MSIG Holdings, has appointed Kent Ziegler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Administrative Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Peter McKenna.
Ziegler takes on oversight of all aspects of the company’s finance and administrative functions, including financial reporting, acquisition strategy and integration, planning and analysis, capital strategy, investment oversight, and regulatory compliance.
He will also help guide enterprise risk management, treasury operations, and support long-term strategic planning across the business.
Ziegler has over three decades of financial leadership experience across insurance, banking, and real estate.
In the past, Ziegler held multiple CFO roles across the insurance and financial services sectors, including at Allied World Assurance Company Holdings GmbH, JPMorgan Chase Retail Real Estate and Business Banking Divisions, and Gulf Insurance Group, a Citigroup/Travelers company.
Most recently, he served as Global Corporate Controller at Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Axis Capital Holdings Limited.
