MSIG USA, the US insurance arm of global insurer MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, has appointed Phillip Rhodes as Head of Global Insurance Programs.
In his new role, Rhodes will lead the insurer’s global insurance program strategy and development efforts, enhancing the solutions and service for clients with international operations.
He has over two decades of industry experience, including extensive leadership in multinational strategy, global network development, cross-border operations, and broker and client engagement.
Most recently, he served as Global Head of Multinational Network Strategy & Partnerships at American International Group (AIG).
Rhodes has spent over 23 years at AIG, serving as Senior Vice President (SVP), Financial Lines, AIG General Insurance, VP of Financial Lines for Private/Not-For-Profit, and IPO Team Leader. He started at the insurer as an Assistant Vice-President for Media and Intellectual Property.
In the past, Rhodes has served as VP of Global Business Development for Submedia, VP of International Market Development for DoubleClick, VP of Operations for Knowledge Decision Securities, Inc., and VP of Partnerships & Acquisitions for Global Consumer Bank at Citi.
