MultiStrat, a specialty reinsurance and capital advisory business, has announced the appointment of Maryam Abdullah as Head of pricing, based in Bermuda.
Abdullah brings over 20 years of actuarial experience and more than a decade of brokerage experience in the capital markets and re/insurance sectors.
She joined MultiStrat in 2022 as an Actuarial & Underwriting Consultant. Previously, she served as Interim Head of Analytics & Pricing at Greenlight Re and held consulting roles at Continental Reinsurance, RenaissanceRe, and African Risk Capacity. She also served as Head of Capital at Capsicum Re.
Earlier in her career, Abdullah held roles at Beach & Associates, Guy Carpenter, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Markel.
