Navigate Re, a Guernsey Category 6 Special Purpose Entity, has launched during the first quarter of 2025 after securing regulatory approval from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC).
The company, which is also a Polo Insurance Managers client, has been established to offer its investors access to attractive insurance-linked returns.
Solomon Garber and Atit Jariwala, the principals behind Navigate Re and its sponsor Erithmitic, bring deep expertise in insurance and alternative investment strategies.
Their shared vision for Navigate Re is to develop a flexible and high-performing reinsurance platform that leverages Guernsey’s unique regulatory and commercial environment.

Focusing on the reinsurance of annuities and other insurance products, Navigate’s strategy aligns with Erithmitic’s asset management expertise.
The company aims to deliver clients consistent risk-adjusted returns, capital efficiency, and effective asset liability matching across their portfolios.
