Neptune Insurance Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Neptune Flood Incorporated, an AI-native managing general agent focused on flood insurance, has appointed David Noble as an independent member of its Board of Directors, with the appointment taking effect on 30 September 2026.
Noble brings experience across financial services, digital banking, strategy consulting, executive leadership and corporate governance. He is the founder of VIEW Advisors, through which he works with chief executives, senior leadership teams, boards and investors internationally on leadership and strategy.
Noble is also a senior advisor to Egon Zehnder and the Institute of Coaching, which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School. He currently serves on the boards of Amylu Foods and Demakes Bros.
Thinkers50 has included Noble among its recognised coaches in several years, including 2026. He is also the co-author of Real-Time Leadership, published by Harvard Business Review Press.
Earlier in his career, Noble held senior positions at RBC and Morgan Stanley. Neptune Insurance said his responsibilities included leading strategy, serving as chief executive of the world’s first digital retail bank and heading the world’s first digital brokerage.
Following his time in financial services, Noble held senior roles at international strategy consultancies. At Kearney, he served as a global practice leader, while at Oliver Wyman he was head of Asia Pacific. His previous board and advisory experience has also included the management advisory board of TowerBrook Capital Partners and board positions at Wilton Brands and SFNB Bank, according to Neptune Insurance.
“I’ve known David for more than 25 years, and there’s no one I’d rather have in the room when the stakes are high,” commented Trevor Burgess, Chief Executive Officer of Neptune. “He has spent his career advising the most senior CEOs and boards in the world, and he’s also built and run businesses himself, including the world’s first digital bank. That combination of perspectives will be a terrific addition to our board. We have so much incredible work ahead of us, and I’m thrilled David will be part of it.”
“Neptune has shown what’s possible when artificial intelligence and data science are applied to one of the most underserved risks in America,” added Noble. “I’ve watched Trevor build great companies for a long time, and I’m excited to help Neptune’s board and leadership team work to grow the company and expand its reach.”
