Newline Group, a specialty insurance provider, has announced the appointment of Christopher Moy as Head of Professional Indemnity.
In his new role, Moy will be based in London and will report to Andy Pecover, Chief Underwriting Officer at Newline Group.
He brings more than a decade of underwriting experience. Moy joined Newline in December 2022 as an underwriter and has since played an integral role in developing the company’s professional indemnity business, taking on increasing responsibility over the past few years.
Prior to joining Newline, he served as an underwriter at International General Insurance (IGI) and also spent six years at Nexus Underwriting.
“Chris has proven to be a valued member of our London team,” said Pecover. “His strategic insight has strengthened our broker and client relationships, and we’re looking forward to seeing his impact continue in this new role.”
