Gallagher Re, a global reinsurance brokerage and advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Jenna Norman as Divisional Director, Fac.
Norman brings extensive expertise in Facultative property broking, specialising in Facultative property broking, working extensively on complex property reinsurance placements for both UK and US clients.
Her expertise includes structuring and placing reinsurance solutions for large property risks, with a focus on delivering effective outcomes for clients through market insight and collaboration.
In her new role, she will leverage her deep market insights and strong industry relationships to drive tailored client solutions.
Norman is joining Gallagher Re from WTW, where she most recently served as Reinsurance Broker within the London Market Retro team. Prior to that, she spent a year working at Besso, a re/insurance broker now part of The Ardonagh Group.
