Wholesale insurance brokerage and managing general agency, Novatae Risk Group, has appointed Von Breaux as the firm’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he will be responsible for operational activities related to the company’s wholesale, managing general agency and program business.
Breaux has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry across executive management, agency operations and administration, mergers and acquisitions, regional and national sales management, and business development and marketing.
Previously, he served as a board member and committee chair for the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas, and is an active member of the Independent Agents of Texas.
He is currently on the board of advisors at the University of Texas at Dallas Business School, Risk Management Insurance Department.
