Obsidian Insurance Holdings appointed Theresa Schroder as Reinsurance Placement Executive.
Prior to joining Obsidian, she served as Director of Captive Underwriting & Reinsurance at Risk Services, LLC.
She worked at Risk Services, LLC for over 18 years in various underwriting roles.
Before Risk Services, LLC, she worked at Erie Insurance Group for about three years.
Schroder is a reinsurance and underwriting professional with direct experience in individual risk evaluation, development of underwriting guidelines, manuscript forms and reinsurance placements across a broad range of specialties.
