Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, has announced three senior leadership appointments aimed at accelerating AI-enabled integration and transformation.
Jeremy Badman, the former Chief Operating Officer with over 13 years of experience, has been appointed Chief AI and Data Officer.
This newly created position will reimagine how work is delivered, staffed, and scaled with AI technology. Badman will be responsible for leading the integration of AI within the business and work closely with leaders to design a delivery model that blends human expertise with agentic AI capabilities, enabling teams to operate faster, smarter, and with greater precision.
Paula McGlarry, who has served the business for two decades, most recently as General Counsel, has been named Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff.
In this dual role, she will lead the ongoing transformation of Oliver Wyman’s operating model. Her focus areas include boosting cross-functional collaboration, strengthening the resilience of key support functions, and integrating AI and technology into core processes.
Mariya Rosberg has been named Head of Strategy and Growth, a newly created role focused on shaping priorities and accelerating growth.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in consulting and banking, including leadership roles at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank , Rosberg is set to help steer Oliver Wyman towards an AI-enabled future.
A long standing leader at Oliver Wyman, where she recently headed the Banking & Financial Services Practice in the Americas, her new position will focus on aligning investment priorities with long-term value creation.
