One80 Intermediaries, a specialty insurance broker, has acquired C&M First Services, a full-service brokerage firm that provides commercial and personal lines insurance to Asian American retail brokers throughout the United States.
According to the announcement, by acquiring C&M First, the company is launching its Asian American distribution practice. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Established in 1989, C&M First is one of the largest Asian owned insurance agencies in the United States. The firm provides innovative insurance solutions that are designed for clients with diverse backgrounds and unique requirements.
In addition, C&M’s multicultural and multilingual team, ensures brokers receive tailored solutions and market leading customer service, One80 highlighted.

The broker firm has also recently acquired Agentic Insurance, expanding its financial lines wholesale services. Additionally, back in July, firm acquired SelmanCo, a purchase that followed its acquisition of ProSurance Group in March, and Seacoast Specialty Administrators in April, which are part of the several acquisitions One80 has made this year.
