Thayane Cesar Rocha has been appointed to the role of Financial Lines Manager – Insurance and Reinsurance, at Oneglobal Broking.
Bringing over 10 years of industry expertise towards her new role, Thayane joins Oneglobal from IRB Brasil RE, where she previously held the role of Financial Lines Underwriting Specialist.
Whilst serving in the role, she held responsibility for Latam and other international accounts, and she also played a key role in developing an international growth strategy for the firm.
Prior to IRB Brasil RE, Thayane also served as a Financial Lines Underwriting Specialist at Travelers.
In addition, she also previously served at global re/insurer Chubb for a period of just over three years, where she held underwriting roles, with a focus on D&O, Crime & Cyber.
Furthermore, Thayane began her career in the industry in 2012 by working as an intern at Liberty International Underwriters.
Earlier this year, Oneglobal Broking announced a partnership with Mitsui Bussan Pana Harrison (MBPH) in Taiwan.
Oneglobal suggests that the partnership will further develop its footprint in Asia while also strengthening its strategy in the region.
