MS Amlin has announced the appointment of Frank Padilla from insurer and reinsurer XL Catlin, as Senior International Casualty Underwriter in Latin America.
The new appointment underlines MS Amlin’s commitment to the Latin America marketplace and its continued expansion in the region. The firm remains focused on servicing clients locally across Latin America, as the insurer looks to develop opportunities in the region.

Padilla joins the firm from global insurer and reinsurer XL Catlin, where he was Casualty Underwriter, Latin America and Caribbean Region. Padilla will be based in the firm’s Miami office, responsible for building the International Casualty account for the region, and brings with him 13 years of experience working in the Latin America marketplace.
