Guy Carpenter, the reinsurance broking division of Marsh McLennan, has appointed Jennifer Paretchan as Global Head of Distribution and Market Relations, where she will be based in the firm’s New York office.
In the role, she will primarily focus on utilising market insights to deliver solutions for Guy Carpenter’s clients, and for activities related to the firm’s strategic trading relationships and broader market trends.
A renowned veteran across the sector, Paretchan has been with Guy Carpenter for 24 years.
She joined the organisation in June 2000, serving as an Associate Broker, based in New York.
Fast-forward to 2003, Paretchan was then appointed to the role of Assistant Vice President, where she would serve in this role for two years, before later being promoted to Vice President.
Following this, Paretchan would then later go on to serve as Senior Vice President for a number of years, until 2020, where she was named Deputy Leader for Centers of Excellence and Client Experience.
