Constellation Insurance, Inc. appointed Patricia Guinn to the Boards of Directors of Constellation and its affiliated insurance subsidiaries, including The Ohio National Life Insurance Company (ONLIC), Ohio National Life Assurance Corporation (ONLAC), and National Security Life and Annuity Co (NSLAC).
Guinn, a highly regarded figure in the insurance and financial services industries, brings with her over 45 years of invaluable experience in risk management and mergers and acquisitions.
Having spent the majority of her illustrious career at Willis Towers Watson and its predecessor companies, Guinn held various key positions, including interim chief risk officer and executive committee member.
Notably, she led the risk and financial services segment, overseeing an $800 million global business that provided insurance consulting and software, reinsurance brokering, and investment services.
Guinn is also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst.
