Global reinsurer Everest Re Group has announced the appointment of Patricia McMahon as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Claims Officer, Everest Insurance.
McMahon joined the Bermuda domiciled re/insurer in June last year as Head of Casualty from insurance giant AIG, and brings a unique depth of experience to the new role.
She will report to Jonathan Zaffino, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Everest Insurance, who commented: “I am thrilled to have Patricia assume the role of Chief Claims Officer and join the senior leadership team of Everest Insurance. We are fortunate to have a deep bench of exceptional talent within our organization, and are confident Patricia will be an impactful leader in her new role.
