Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), a division of the Liberty Mutual group, has hired a new Head of Client & Broker Distribution, Continental Europe, Karine Paul, who will take over her role with immediate effect.
In her new role, Paul has a wide remit across Continental Europe. She will be responsible for leading the team to deliver LSM’s European distribution strategy and managing the European distribution team to provide first-class service to LSM’s clients and broking partners.
Additionally, working closely with underwriting teams across Continental Europe Paul will leverage her experience to deliver LSM’s global, market-leading offering, while leveraging local expertise.
She will dually report to Kadidja Sinz, Regional President Europe, LSM, and Andrew Jackson, Global Head of Business Development & Market Management, LSM.

Paul is joining LSM from French loss adjustment firm Alkera, where she most recently served as Director of Commercial and International Strategy.
Prior to this, she was at Chubb for almost 11 years, her last role being Vice President, Global Client Executive, Continental Europe.
