Xavier Pazmino has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Head of Marine, for Chubb Overseas General Insurance (COG), Chubb’s international general insurance operations, effective February 2026.
Pazmino, who succeeds Andrew Williamson in the role, will oversee the growth and profitability of Chubb’s Marine portfolio internationally, including wholesale and retail operations.
The executive holds almost three decades of insurance industry experience, having most recently served as Chubb’s Country President for Panama and Central America.
Before this, Pazmino served as Head of Marine for Latin America for 15 years, where he oversaw growth and profitability for the region.
