Polo Managing Agency (PMA), a prominent turnkey managing agency at Lloyd’s, has unveiled a collaboration with insurance technology company VIPR.
This strategic partnership aims to elevate PMA’s managed delegated authority relationships by integrating VIPR’s cutting-edge bordereaux management systems into PoloWorks’s services, the company said.
PoloWorks’s clients will now have seamless access to VIPR’s bordereaux management system as part of PMA’s comprehensive technology solution.
This integration ensures compliance with Lloyd’s standards, particularly focusing on the utilisation and ingestion of the current version 5.2 bordereaux template.
Expressing enthusiasm about this collaboration, Paul Andrews, Chief Executive Officer of PoloWorks and Polo Managing Agency, stated, “We are really excited to offer VIPR’s Intrali system to our clients. This announcement follows PoloWork’s recent partnership with technology services firm, DXC, enabling clients to utilise the DXC Assure Commercial and Specialty cloud solution.
Andrews highlighted the synergy between VIPR’s Intrali solution and the DXC Assure platform, emphasising the seamless end-to-end digital service this combination offers to clients.
PMA’s goal is to deliver a frictionless, digital-ready underwriting experience for clients, ensuring access to a modern, future-proof tech stack, the company noted.
The partnership with VIPR, known for its sophisticated technology platform, aligns with PMA’s commitment to providing an innovative and streamlined service. The collaboration is expected to facilitate new syndicate launches without hindrance from system or resource constraints.
