Price Forbes expands cross-class Lectio facility to Bermuda

Global specialty broker Price Forbes has announced the launch of its cross-class follow facility, Lectio, in Bermuda, extending the facility’s premium scope to around $1.3 billion.

Price Forbes logoThe facility will initially offer a Bermuda property line, enabling Price Forbes Bermuda to automatically follow pre-approved lead insurers across Bermudian property placements, with premium scope estimated at around $85 million.

Launched in April 2021 to provide guaranteed access to exclusive capacity for Price Forbes’ clients and their brokers, Lectio initially offered cargo, specie, financial products, healthcare and marine insurance, with a premium scope of circa $350 million.

Since then, the facility has expanded significantly to include aviation, cargo/stock throughput, cyber, onshore and offshore energy, financial institutions, marine, worldwide property and power. The most recent expansion was in July 2025, with the addition of construction and builders’ risk coverage.
