Pro Global expands Latin American operations to support growing demand

Pro Global, a specialist adviser to the specialist insurance sector, is accelerating its expansion in Latin America through continued investment in its regional headquarters in Argentina.

This growth reflects increasing adoption of outsourced and hybrid operating models among international and domestic carriers, brokers and managing general agents (MGAs).

Pro Global has maintained a presence in Latin America since 1999 and is now expanding its regional operations in response to sustained global demand.

The company is increasing its footprint with a focus on scaling delivery capabilities and supporting international clients.

Its Buenos Aires office has grown significantly, increasing from around 45 employees in 2024 to approximately 75 at present. Further recruitment is planned, with an additional 100 roles expected to be created during 2026 To accommodate this growth, the team has recently relocated to a new office designed to support ongoing expansion.

Pro Global operates a hybrid delivery model that integrates in-market relationship management teams based in the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe with bilingual specialist teams across Latin America.

The Argentina hub plays a central role in delivering a wide range of operational and technical services. These include bordereaux processing, claims support, exposure management, risk management, technical accounting, credit control, and process re-engineering, alongside consultancy-led projects.
