Global insurer QBE has announced the appointment of Melody Lyndon-Stanford as Head of Client Engagement, effective June 2026.
In this newly created role, Lyndon-Stanford will be based in London and report to Matt Lacy, Director of Client Proposition for QBE’s European Operations.
She will shape QBE’s client engagement strategy across industries, geographies and customer segments, and work closely with underwriters, claims and distribution teams in line with the company’s integrated client approach.
Lyndon-Stanford brings more than 15 years of insurance experience. She joins QBE after more than 11 years at Aviva, where she has held client-focused roles since 2021, most recently as Client Proposition & Innovation Manager.
Prior to Aviva, she served as an underwriter specialising in Commercial Crime, Fidelity Guarantee and D&O insurance at RSA.
