QBE International Markets has made two appointments within its US marine insurance team.
The company has announced that Sean Dollahon has been appointed as Vice President, US Marine Manager, and Katie McCord has been appointed as Vice President, Senior Marine Underwriter.
Dollahon brings nearly twenty years of industry experience towards his new role. He joins QBE from AIG, where he most recently served as Marine Manager.
Prior to AIG, he spent just under thirteen years serving as Vice President, South Region Ocean Marine at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Additionally, Dollahon also previously served as a Marine Underwriter at Allianz Insurance, as well as catastrophe claims adjuster at Travelers.
Overall, Dollahon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience towards his new role at QBE.
Moreover, McCord brings more than fifteen years of industry experience in both the US and London marine markets, towards her new role.
McCord joins QBE from IMA Financial, where she held the role of Senior Vice President. Prior to that she served as an Underwriting Officer, Marine, at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Additionally, she also served in a variety of roles at broker, Aon, including Account Manager, Broker, and Vice President in both New York and Houston, Texas.
