QBE North America has announced the appointment of John Livatino as Senior Vice President and Head of Healthcare Liability.
Livatino brings 25 years of underwriting experience in specialty insurance to his new role.
Before joining QBE, Livatino held several leadership roles at Beazley and Markel Corporation, the company noted.
Reporting directly to Dan Fortin, President of Specialty Insurance at QBE North America, Livatino is tasked with planning, directing, and executing the vision for the healthcare liability segment.
His responsibilities include leveraging his expertise and cultivating strong cross-functional relationships to drive the segment’s success.
Livatino will also play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing a consistent and coordinated underwriting approach, aligning with QBE’s business excellence goals and overarching strategy, the company noted.
