Verisk, a global data analytics and technology provider to the insurance industry, has announced the appointment of Raja Sengupta as president of its Life Solutions business, effective immediately.
Sengupta will be leading Verisk’s Life Solutions team in delivering data analytics, software and AI-powered solutions that help life and annuity insurers modernise underwriting, accelerate decision-making, and enhance customer experience.

An accomplished leader with over two decades of experience scaling global software businesses in regulated industries, Sengupta is joining Verisk from Enterprise Legal Software at Wolters Kluwer.
During his most recent position as executive vice president and general manager, the executive successfully integrated agentic AI across enterprise software platforms to accelerate development and time to market and introduced intelligent agents into client workflows. Prior to that, he was general manager of Global Merchant Financing at American Express.
