Relation Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage firm, has promoted Kevin Rabinowitz, the current Chief Broking Officer to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Rabinowitz joined Relation in January 2022 as the company’s Chief Broking Officer.
He will continue reporting to Relation’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Hall, who was appointed to the role in June 2023.
Hall commented, “Kevin has been an integral part of Relation’s growth story since he joined us. His leadership and industry experience have proven to be invaluable and he fully embodies the culture that makes Relation a destination firm in our industry.
“Under his expanded leadership, we are confident that Relation will continue to grow and innovate to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
Rabinowitz has previously held leadership positions at Hagerty, Integro, and Marsh.
As COO, Rabinowitz will be responsible for overseeing Relation’s fully integrated operating model.
This model includes strategic planning and design, client service, sales operations, carrier management, acquisition integration, business analytics, and marketing and communications.
