Cyber insurer Resilience has promoted Tom Egglestone to the role of Global Head of Claims.
Egglestone, who joined the firm in July 2022 as International Claims Leader, UK and Europe, will now be supporting Resilience’s clients globally within his new role.
A well known veteran within the cyber insurance community, Egglestone has spent the past seven years of his career handling a number of the London market’s largest claims across a wide range of jurisdictions and industries.
With previous stints at industry-leading businesses such as Tokio Marine Kiln, Hiscox, and CFC Underwriting, Egglestone, overall brings more than 10 years of experience towards his new role.
Addressing Egglestone’s promotion, Mario Vitale, President of Resilience, said: “In his past year with Resilience, Tom has been instrumental in building and delivering on Resilience’s Claims & Incident Management approach in the UK and Europe.
