ReSource Pro, a strategic operations partner for the insurance industry, has named Paul Naquin as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its newly established Technology Services division.
In this executive role, Naquin will oversee a global team tasked with delivering comprehensive technology solutions for insurance clients. This includes system optimisation, cloud and platform integration, data and analytics, AI-enabled automation, and ongoing operational support.
With over three decades of experience managing large-scale technology initiatives, Naquin has held senior leadership roles at several top-tier consulting and outsourcing firms, including Accenture, Capgemini, and NTT DATA Services.
Most recently, he served as Group Senior Vice President at NTT DATA, following a long tenure at Capgemini, where he held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer for North America.
At ReSource Pro, Naquin will lead the Technology Services business unit as a standalone operation, with full profit and loss accountability. He will focus on scaling capabilities, pursuing strategic acquisitions, and developing partnerships—anchored by a commitment to practical, outcomes-driven innovation.
Recognised for his decisive, results-focused leadership, Naquin will collaborate closely with ReSource Pro’s delivery, product, and commercial teams. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Dan Epstein.
