RLI Corp., a specialty insurer serving niche property, casualty and surety markets, has announced the appointment of Justin Doss as Vice President, Personal Lines Underwriting.
In his new role, Doss will be responsible for leading the underwriting and distribution strategy for RLI’s Personal Lines business.
He brings more than 25 years of industry experience across personal lines underwriting, sales and agency operations.
Doss joined RLI in June 2016 as Manager, Sales, for Specialty Personal Lines. Since then, he has held several leadership roles across sales and distribution, most recently serving as Vice President, Distribution and Strategic Partnerships.
Prior to joining RLI, Doss was Senior District Sales Manager at Erie Insurance Group. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Travelers and Affirmative Insurance.
