Rokstone, an international specialty re/insurance managing general agent (MGA), has announced three new leadership appointments, including Nadine Kearney’s promotion to Chief Underwriting and Risk Officer.

Kearney will also join the Rokstone Board as an SMF3 executive director.

“This newly created role reflects not just the complexity of our growing business, but also the confidence we have in Nadine’s ability to steer underwriting and risk oversight across regions,” said Rokstone.

Adding: “As Rokstone expands across more divisions, classes and geographies, so does the need for greater alignment and consistency. Nadine’s appointment ensures the frameworks that underpin our success remain robust, scalable and future-focused.”

Rokstone has also appointed Robin Ungless as Chief Underwriting Officer, Specialty. The executive brings more than 35 years of experience across Specialty and Reinsurance.

Over the past year, he has served as Deputy CUO, showcasing strong leadership abilities, deep technical expertise and a collaborative approach that has earned trust and respect of colleagues across the Group.

Additionally, Martin Thomas has been promoted from Head of Underwriting Management to Global Chief Operating Officer, a move that aims to support the business’s ongoing growth.

Thomas is considered an ideal fit for the role due to his strong execution focus, leadership skills, and technical knowledge of Rokstone, delegated authority, and insurance data.

“These appointments reflect our commitment to strengthening Rokstone as we continue to scale globally. With Nadine, Robin and Martin taking on expanded leadership roles, we are better positioned than ever to support our brokers, partners and teams with the clarity, consistency and expertise they expect,” Rokstone stated.
