Rokstone, an international specialty re/insurance MGA, and part of the Aventum Group, has announced the appointment of Jordan Lanford as Global Head of Aviation.
Based in Atlanta and with more than 20 years’ experience of Aviation, Lanford will join the MGA at the end of October.
Prior to his new appointment, he spent 17 years at AIG, most recently as Head of Aerospace for North America, and he began his career as a commercial pilot and flight instructor.
As Rokstone’s Global Head of Aviation, Lanford will grow the global aviation team and portfolio, initially focussing on North America and developing the MGA’s existing portfolio in the Middle East.

Rokstone plans to further invest in building out its aviation team with respected aviation professionals and technology solutions to enhance the trading experience.
The North America facility will be built in collaboration with AA Rated (S&P) Allianz Commercial, and will concentrate on SME business: light aircraft, commercial aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles, Commercial General Liability (airports, fixed base operators and service providers) and Manufacturers’ Products Liability for non-critical component providers.
