Rokstone, the international specialty re/insurance managing general agent (MGA), has announced the launch of Rokstone Healthcare, a new division focused on the global healthcare market.

Rokstone logoThe platform will target US middle-market and large risks across allied health, social services, and outpatient facilities, excluding hospitals. It will offer multi-line coverage spanning professional, general, and sexual abuse liability, with the ability to write primary, excess, and standalone risks. Rokstone also announced plans to expand into the small business segment over time.

The new line will leverage ATOMX, Rokstone’s proprietary technology platform, to streamline underwriting workflows and support the efficient processing of smaller, lower-hazard risks.

Rokstone has also announced the division’s first key underwriting hire, appointing Natalie Mauro as Head of Allied Health & Human Services, effective June 2026.

In her new role, Mauro will spearhead the build-out of Rokstone’s US medical malpractice platform as part of its broader global healthcare strategy.

She brings 15 years of healthcare underwriting experience across the US and London markets, with a strong track record in building and scaling specialty portfolios and supporting wholesale broker partners in complex risk segments.

Mauro will join Rokstone from Beazley, where she has spent the past 10 years, most recently serving as Product Leader for Global Miscellaneous Medical.

Prior to that, she held roles at AIG, including serving as Team Leader within the Lexington Healthcare division.

Ian Anson, CEO of Rokstone, commented, “The healthcare market presents a significant opportunity for disciplined, specialist underwriting. Natalie brings the expertise, market relationships and execution capability we need to build a relevant and scalable platform. Rokstone Healthcare is a natural extension of our specialty strategy, and we are committed to delivering responsive, solutions-driven capacity to our broker partners.”
