RSA appoints Ade Adeyemo UK construction lead

RSA Insurance has appointed Ade Adeyemo to head up construction for its UK risk consulting team, replacing Trevor Chainey, who is due to retire after a 45-year career.

RSAAdeyemo is a qualified Chartered Civil Engineer with more than three and a half decades of experience in construction management and risk engineering.

He originally joined RSA Risk Consulting in October 2022, having previously served at AIG and Zurich.

Before switching to insurance, Adeyemo worked for 10 years with several of the UK’s largest construction companies.

He is also the Chairman of the Construction Insurance Risk Engineers Group.

In the new role, Adeyemo will be responsible for leading the construction risk engineering proposition across both commercial lines and specialty lines.

In related news, RSA recently announced the appointment of Gary Mason as COO Delivery Director, replacing Richard Thompson, who is leaving the firm after serving for more than a decade.
