Real Time Risk Solutions (RTRS), a developer of mobile risk management solutions, has added Billy Welch to its executive team as Director of Strategic Partnerships, as the company eyes an expansion of its client network.
Welch joins from Young America Capital, where he served as an investment banker helping insurance and tech firms raise capital, develop strategic partnerships and develop new business.
He began his career at Chicago Climate Exchange, where he developed an exchange for hurricane insurance, before joining Aon’s investment banking unit and worked with clients to develop catastrophe bonds and other risk transfer solutions.
“Billy’s expertise within the insurance industry is vital as RTRS continues to partner with insurance companies and brokers to enable their clients to manage and measure risk from any mobile device with advanced analytics to measure and predict risk,” said RTRS Chief Executive Officer Cory Davis.
