Ryan Specialty, the international specialty insurer, has appointed Michael F. Albian as President, Group Captives, for Ryan Alternative Risk (RAR).
In the new role, Albian will be responsible for further developing a full-service consulting and captive management practice, and he will be based in Chicago.
Albian has fifteen years of industry experience, the last eleven of which he has spent creating, growing and managing numerous group captive programmes. He also held a leadership role while overseeing a national construction practice.
