Saima Shaukat joins ReSource Pro as SVP, Retail Practice

ReSource Pro, a provider of business process solutions for the insurance industry, has announced the appointment of Saima Shaukat as Senior Vice President, Retail Practice.

Shaukat will leverage her deep technology and industry experience to provide strategic direction to drive the enhancement and customization of ReSource Pro’s services tailored to the retail agent and broker market.

She commented: “ReSource Pro understands the critical interaction between technology and people, and the importance of leading with insurance industry knowledge when implementing new technologies like AI and machine learning.

Shaukat joins ReSource Pro with over 20 years of experience in sales leadership and marketing strategy for the software as a service (SaaS) industry.

She started her career with Salesforce, where she held a number of roles eventually becoming General Manager of Financial Services and Vice President of Commercial Sales.

The executive has also held Chief Revenue Officer positions at TechCanary, ATP and most recently as CRO of Ivans, an Applied Systems company, where she led the development of go-to-market strategies for its full line of products and built a customer-centric culture.
