Säkra, EBM, Protec & Horsell Duffy Langley join WBN

The Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) has announced that Säkra, EBM, Protec and Horsell Duffy Langley (HDL) have joined as members.

Sweden-based Säkra is an insurance intermediary with a wide range of employee benefits and risk management services including consulting, procurement, risk assessments, market analysis and claims coordination.

The firm recently announced the acquisition of Specialist MGA Brookfield Underwriting, having been acquired itself by private equity firm Cinven in September last year.

Meanwhile, EBM is a privately-owned insurance broking firm in Australia, established in 1975.

EBM provides insurance and risk expertise across a wide range of industry sectors, including mining and resources, agribusiness, manufacturing, construction, marine and more.

Protec is a large independent insurance and bond broker in Mexico with over 4 decades of experience in insurance, reinsurance, and the bond market.

Headquartered in Sydney, Horsell Duffy Langley (HDL) is one of the few remaining wholly owned Australian insurance broking firms, providing technical and placement expertise for companies, associations and private clients enabling the protection of their global risk exposures.
