Sarah Ruble named SVP, Commercial Strategies at DUAL North America

DUAL North America, a provider of specialised insurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Sarah Ruble as Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategies, a newly created role.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, distribution and underwriting, Ruble will serve as a senior commercial business partner.

Working alongside DUAL’s leadership team, the executive will advance the company’s primary growth objectives and enhance alignment with carriers as the business expands.

Furthermore, she will be instrumental in elevating DUAL’s market profile and fostering robust partnership with wholesale brokers and agents.

Ruble brings over two decades of experience in insurance and specialty distribution, with a track record of building broker engagement models, scaling revenue, and translating commercial strategy into measurable outcomes.

Her professional background encompasses both distribution execution and strategic leadership, supported by extensive connections within the carrier, wholesale, and retail broker sectors.

She will be reporting directly to Ed Ashby, CEO of DUAL North America, who commented: “Sarah’s decision to join DUAL speaks to where this business is headed and represents the type and calibre of talent we want to bring in as we build on our ambitions in North America.
