In a strategic move to propel its third-party asset management activity, SCOR Investment Partners, the asset management arm of the SCOR Group, has made significant leadership appointments.
Louis Bourrousse, formerly Head of Business Development and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, is now appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Fabrice Rossary, who is stepping down to explore new opportunities.
Alexandre Jaeglé, previously the Head of Sales, takes on the role of Head of Business Development, responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities.
These changes aim to fortify the leadership team and support the next phase of SCOR Investment Partners’ development.
The executive committee under Bourrousse’s leadership includes Benjamin Ayache as Chief Operating Officer, Thibaut Lameyse as General Secretary, Marie-Suzanne Mazelier as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Eric Talleux as Chief Risk Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
François de Varenne, Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SCOR, expressed confidence in the internal promotions, highlighting the deep talent pool within SCOR Investment Partners.
The appointments align with the strategic objectives outlined in the SCOR Group’s “Forward 2026” plan released in September 2023, emphasizing the acceleration of third-party asset management development.
Bourrousse, who joined SCOR in 2013, brings a wealth of experience, having held various strategic roles within the organisation.
Jaeglé, with a tenure since 2013, has contributed significantly to the international sales and client solutions functions.
The changes are pending regulatory approvals and are expected to be effective soon. These developments signify SCOR Investment Partners’ commitment to leveraging its internal talent for sustained growth in the evolving landscape of asset management.
