Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty, LLC has announced the acquisition of New Jersey-based insurer GIA Insurance Agency, LLC (Geisenheimer Insurance Agency).
Established in 1972, Geisenheimer provides personal and commercial insurance to clients throughout the US, Canada, Asia, South America, Caribbean, Australia, and Europe.
The business is led by founder Alan Geisenheimer and focuses on commercial and residential real estate accounts, as well as manufacturers, financial services, health care, wholesalers and importers.
Seeman Holtz explained that the acquisition would continue its expansion up the Atlantic Coast of the US, enabling it to better reach “new and current clients.”
