Seeman Holtz continues U.S expansion with new acquisitions

Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty, Inc. (SHP&C) has continued its expansion in the U.S with the acquisitions of Central Insurance Advisors, LLC in Florida and Transway Insurance Agency, LLC in Texas.

Seeman Holtz LogoThe company says the acquisition of these new independent agencies will strengthen its local commercial insurance platforms and allow it to better service both new and existing clients.

Under the leadership of Javier Torres, Central Insurance Advisors has provided a range of homeowners insurance and auto insurance to clients in Miami for over 30 years.

Marshal Seeman, President of SHP&C, commented: “Central Insurance Advisors has an excellent blend of personal and commercial clients and fits very well with our expansion into Miami.”

Headquartered in Houston, Transway Insurance specialises in business and trucking insurance in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Florida.

Seeman continued: “With the acquisition of Transway Insurance Agency, we bring aboard decades of trucking sales and service experience.”

Brett Williams, Executive Vice President, also commented: “The team at Transway will be instrumental in helping us expand our national trucking insurance division. Welcome aboard.”

SHP&C also recently strengthened its foothold in the Midwest with the acquisition of First Choice Insurance Agency, a company headquartered in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

These acquisitions will bolster SHP&C’s existing offerings of Home & Auto, Commercial, and Private Client insurance, as well as its Payroll, Group Health and Employer Benefits lines.
