Law firm Sidley Austin LLP has announced that Michael Homison will join its global insurance practice as a partner based in New York.
In this role, he will support clients in a wide range of domestic and international insurance and reinsurance transactions.
Previously, Homison was a partner with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
He has experience in the insurance transactional space, having represented clients in a range of significant transactions over the last 15 years, involving life, P&C, and health insurance businesses.
His expertise also encompass insurance and reinsurance M&A transactions, as well as insurance regulation.
